How can you ensure the security of my company's and client's data, online?
We take the security of your data very seriously. All access to Intrabuild is encrypted via 256-bit SSL and our servers are in a secured data-centre, with physical access monitored 24/7/356. All data is replicated in multiple data centres and in geo-redundant backups. Intrabuild runs on multiple servers to ensure high service availability.
If I choose to store data on your servers, will it still be there in 3/4/5/10 years' time?
The data is stored for the duration of your subscription. Data can also be exported by you at any point. The safety and security of your data is paramount. Many large organisations have a "Disaster Recovery Plan" for their data should there be a power outage, a natural disaster, etc., that may affect business. Our servers are cloud based and backed up, available wherever you may be as long as you have an internet connection.
If your servers go down / crash, what happens to my data?

How are you able to ensure my rivals or competitors cannot see sensitive information despite us both using the software?
Access to your portal is password protected. As in the case of any online service (such as gmail, linkedin, facebook) you only have access to your content, or content that has been assigned to you. Please follow the usual rules of passwords, such as not sharing or giving out to anyone on the phone, and updating your password once a month, to ensure your data is kept secure.
Which browsers can we use to access the software?
All you need to access Intrabuild is any modern web browser. Chrome (any version), Safari or Firefox, for example. Mobile browsing is supported on most platforms, although some features may not be available due to device limitations. This flexibility was essential when considering nationwide / global contracting.
What setup do I need to be able to run the software?
Simply a web-browser and an Internet connection.
Would it be possible to adjust / add an element to the software?
Our developers and advisers are keen to progress the software so any feedback or suggestions for improvement are well received. Do you provide training with the software?
Absolutely. It's essential that, in order for you to get the most out of the software, you know as much as possible about how to use the software. Our intention was to make a package that was intuitive and logical and we hope this is the case. However, should you require a training session (designed to suit your needs and most common uses) we can arrange this either as a group or one to one at your office or ours.
